Howdy, Y'all! Welcome to Live the Life – San Antonio, representing a historic milestone as our first regional expansion beyond Florida. Grounded in the distinct heritage, deep faith, and enduring resilience of Texas culture, we are proud to establish our regional hub in the Alamo City—the heart of Military City, USA.
From our home base in San Antonio, we actively strengthen families and relationships across Central and South Texas, while leveraging a proven national reach to support communities from coast to coast. Whether partnering with local churches, equipping frontline first responders, or walking alongside U.S. Military service members and their families wherever duty calls, Live the Life delivers transformative, evidence-based relationship education built to foster enduring homes and resilient communities nationwide.

I WANT COACHING
We recommend that most folks try coaching first. We have a Texas-licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) on staff who advises all of our coaches; she can help you determine if your needs are beyond coaching and refer you to the proper
care you require.
MARRIAGE COACHING
When you and your spouse begin marriage coaching, our focus will be on helping you achieve your marriage goals. Our marriage coaches can look at your relationship with a fresh perspective and help you chart a course to reach those goals. You will be equipped for a lifetime with the tools that will create a shared understanding between you and your spouse and most importantly, how to work together to enhance your marital bond.
Coaching focuses on creating current awareness of the challenges in your marriage by facilitating and guiding discussions between spouses using the tools and techniques we teach in Live the Life's critically acclaimed workshops. Our coaches are trained and credentialed in our programs and work with you to improve key elements of communication, conflict resolution, and connection. They also bring their own marriage experiences and how they have navigated challenges that you may be experiencing in your own marriage.
