ABOUT US
At Live the Life, we provide world-class relationship education for every age and stage of life. From singles and premarital couples to marriages needing a fresh start, our programs are designed to build healthy, lasting relationships. Whether for individuals, churches, or organizations, we offer practical tools and expert guidance to help relationships thrive.
OUR STORY
Richard and Elizabeth Albertson founded Live the Life in 1998 with a mission to strengthen marriages and families. What began in the back of their townhouse grew from the lessons they learned through the struggles in their own marriage and a desire to help others build healthier relationships.
As divorce and the family breakdown continued to impact communities across America, Richard and Elizabeth became passionate about providing practical relationship tools, skills, and resources to help individuals, couples, and families thrive.
After years of steady growth and expanding impact, Live the Life became a statewide organization in 2011. Today, Live the Life serves communities across Florida with offices in Tallahassee, Jacksonville, Panama City, Fort Walton Beach, and Orlando, and expanded into Texas in 2024 with the opening of its first office in San Antonio.
Live the Life is now nationally recognized for its work in marriage and relationship education.
STRATEGIC GOALS
Live the Life’s strategic goals are
bold and simple:
-
Reduce the divorce rate in every community we serve.
-
Increase the marriage rate.
-
Reduce teen pregnancy and out-of wedlock births.

OUR VISION
Great relationships start here!
America has all the Relationship and Marriage Education (RME) programs and tools needed to achieve our strategic goals, we just need to bring them to scale in more communities across Florida.
We are looking for serious leaders who share our vision for strong marriages and families, and are willing to go “all in” to transform their community in dramatic ways. We believe this vision is contagious. Working together, we see the enormous potential to create and build “divorce-free zones” where divorces are rarely, if ever, wanted or needed, and where strong marriages are encouraged, nurtured, developed, and maintained. We think this is what the kids want, it is what healthy parents want, and most people understand at a gut level this is what our ailing society desperately needs.
We believe we can achieve a 50% reduction in the divorce rate in any county in Florida within 5-7 years if we can achieve a level of funding at $1 per person per year.
What are you prepared to do?
