Phoebe Williams, born and raised in Tallahassee, moved to Jacksonville, Florida in 2003 to return home in 2021. Phoebe has worked in the Accounting profession since 1996; working for industry leading companies in the non-profit, private, and public sectors. Phoebe has her degree in Business Administration with an accounting concentration; she's certified in project management, and a Florida Notary Public.She has held positions on the boards of several organizations such as National Association of Black Accountants; along with other faith-based non-profits within Florida. She takes pride in implementing process improvements and managing system automations; her motto is "work smarter, not harder." Phoebe is also the founder and Executive Director of Truth Outreach Ministries Inc; an ordained and licensed Minister of the Gospel since 2013. She is also a mother of three adult children and the "G-Ma" to two adorable grandchildren; Her children and grands, as well as the work she does for Christ are her greatest accomplishments.
