Wayne and Deretta have served on the LTLSF board as Chairman for seven years. Being raised in Fort Lauderdale and Miami, they have a passion for strengthening marriages and families, starting with their local communities. Wayne was the owner of Design Flooring DIST. for 33 years, with offices in South FL & Orlando. He was a founding member of The National Wood Flooring Assoc., serving on the Board for 14 years and as Chairman for two years. Wayne also chaired First Care Women's Clinic for 19 years, co-chaired BEACHFEST with Luis Palau, and is Past Chairman of Lifework Leadership. He was a founding member of the Board of the National Christian Foundation of South Florida, and he also currently serves on the Boca Raton Community Church Board.
