Community Marriage Initiative Program Refinement & Replication
Rob Siedlecki has dedicated his life for more than two decades to strengthening the well-being of children and families at the national, state, and local levels. For over a decade he served as a political appointee in federal and state governments. At the federal level, he served in the Administration of President George W. Bush at the Administration for Children and Families at the United States Department of Health and Human Services and at the Faith-Based and Community Initiatives Office at the United States Department of Justice. At the state level, he served as a Secretary, Assistant Secretary and Chief of Staff of large health and human service departments
in Florida and Kansas under Republican Governors. Rob also worked for several years at Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Palm Beach, Florida, as its Chief Operating Officer and has served on the boards of several national and state non-profit organizations, including the National Fatherhood Initiative. Currently, he is in charge of replicating marriage programs across the state of Florida and the country for Live the Life Ministries based in Tallahassee, Florida. Rob is a graduate of Harvard College (magna cum laude in Slavic Languages and Literature) and Cornell Law School and is the proud father of daughters, Alexandra and Victoria and sons, Cole and Josh.
