Elsa has a Bachelor Degree in Communication and a Master Degree in Marketing from Puerto Rico. She worked as Brand Manager for companies such as Nielsen, Coty Beauty, Novartis and Microsoft. Her last job as Marketing Manager was with the Publishing House Charisma Media, working with the marketing strategies of Bibles, Books and Magazines in LatinAmerica and the Spanish Market of USA. 

She was the founder and publisher of a magazine for moms in Puerto Rico and a magazine for Hispanics in Florida. She also published 4 books with great success.

  
In 2017 met her husband Stephen in church after being a single mom for 16 years. Stephen was a widow with 2 kids, after 16 years of marriage. During her years being single, she understood the importance of inner healing for the common good of a marriage. Having more than 40 years at the time of meeting and teenage children, they decided to walk in purity to model their kids by example.

  
Today they dedicate their lives to helping couples who want to get married through, a devotional book they wrote while they were engaged and serve in Live the Life Central Florida as marriage mentors.

Elsa is the Marriage Program Coordinator and uses her previous experience in marketing to promote marriage programs in Central Florida.
Elsa and Stephen have three sons, the oldest is newly married, the second is engaged and the third one single.
