WAIT Training is a nationally acclaimed healthy choices curriculum that is an interactive, high intensity, activity-driven program that delivers a core abstinence until marriage message. Designed for 12-18 year olds - teens are armed with the knowledge needed to make healthy choices and have healthy relationships.
WAIT uses something called experiential learning to teach teens the truth about healthy realtionships such as"
• The benefits of waiting to have sex until marriage.
• Achieving dreams/goals with the “Success Sequence”
• Self Control Skills
• The knowledge and practical skills needed to successfully navigate the transition from adolescence into adulthood
• The many benefits of healthy relationships and healthy marriage
Teaching the Truth

Live the Life Awards $86,500 to School Districts throughout Florida’s Big Bend.

Live the Life has awarded the Superintendents of multiple Schools throughout Florida’s Big Bend a total of $86,500 cumulatively over the past 3 years, as a “thank you” for participating in the WAIT training program offered by Live the Life and funded by Federal Grants. Live the Life is reimbursing area School Districts for their participation in the WAIT Education Service Hours (WESH) conducted in the Middle and High Schools throughout Tallahassee and the Big Bend. Live the Life has provided the education and tools needed for thousands of very enthusiastic WAIT training graduates to make healthy life choices and establish healthy relationships. The graduates from WAIT training are comprised of students ranging from 7th grade up to Seniors in High School. The feedback and excitement from the students has been both refreshing and rewarding.
